Comprehensive insurance to support your and your family’s health, well-being and financial security We provide a choice of traditional or high-deductible health insurance plans from United Healthcare and two dental and two vision insurance plans from Principal and contribute generously to the payment of premiums for each of these plans.

We also provide additional insurance and health related benefits including:

401(k) Plan with company match We provide a tax-deferred savings and investment plan to help you save for retirement. Administered by Charles Schwab, our 401(k) plan provides numerous investment options and includes a company contribution for all employees after one year of service plus additional match for those contributing part of their pay to their 401(k) account.

Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays There are seven paid holidays and generous paid time off, currently beginning at a minimum of 3 weeks per year for new staff.
