Work Experience:

  1. 2 - 3 years of experience in requirement gathering, writing BRD/FSD, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  2. Proven working experience as a Data / System business analyst.

Qualification

 Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Information Management.

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments, use initiative and judgment to accomplish results, participate as a member of a team, work under pressure, and complete job assignments in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
  2. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting and analytics packages, databases, programming.
  3. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
  4. Play the Role of Business Analyst for the project. Acts as the single point of contact for all business requirements for both customer and project teams.
  5. Own and drive the Requirements phase of the project.
  6. Engage customer business and IT stakeholders in eliciting, reviewing, and finalizing business requirements.
  7. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business (BRD).
