Primary Responsibility:

Business Analyst, Client Implementation will assist in the client implementation, product delivery, and iteration of Reventics’ products to meet client needs. The Business Analyst works both with internal and client business leaders to identify and define client product needs, and collaborate with engineering team to develop, implement, enhance, and deliver the products.

Job Duties:

  • Work with clients and internal operations teams to review existing processes, facilitate the gathering of new requirements and influence the future direction of Reventics products to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and optimize product performance.
  • Analyze the client requests that current products and capabilities do not meet; define user personas, write product requirements, and use scenario to assist in product implementation.
  • Play a key role in influencing our long-term delivery and implementation strategy for Reventics products, using the knowledge of clients and cross-functional collaboration to deliver those products at scale and establish a foundation for future growth.
  • Continuously seek customer insights that help shape the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with sales, account management to gather insights about clients and the market and to collaborate on product messaging and value.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stake holders across Reventics to determine future product direction and assist in the successful new product design, development, and delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong project leadership and communication skills and serve as a subject matter expert on products and processes within the scope of responsibilities.
  • Document business process flows and perform research as required to support internal and client requests.
  • Have firm grounding in US healthcare and healthcare technology data standards like HL7 etc. Define business case for new or enhanced product capabilities to ensure the proposed capabilities are aligned with the strategic business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, engineering, or related area is required. MBA or MS in engineering is preferred.
  • 3+ years of prior experience in IT; Software Engineer/Programmer/ Business Systems Analyst/product management and/or delivery; experience in US healthcare-focused product is plus.
